  • Applications accepted: March 15 – April 30 and August 15 – September 30

This grant opportunity made available due to a generous donation from the Alliance for Information Science and Technology Innovation (AISTI).

Guidelines

  • Amount awarded: $3,000 - $5,000

  • Application deadline: November 30

Brooke E. Sheldon Grant for Continuing Library Education
In memory of Brooke E. Sheldon, NMLF is able to support continuing education of librarians and library workers in New Mexico.

  • Amount awarded: up to $250

  • Applications accepted on a rolling basis

The New Mexico Library Foundation is a New Mexico 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.  NMLF supports libraries in New Mexico by allocating funds to libraries of all types and to non-profit organizations that directly benefit libraries. Past projects have supported ideas such as book fairs, summer reading activities, and bilingual projects.
